NATIONAL SKILL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME (NSDP)

About the Program

The National Skill Development Program (NSDP) is a skill development initiative aimed at enhancing employability, widening livelihood opportunities, and promoting entrepreneurship for youth across India. The program provides training across a broad spectrum of high-demand sectors, including computer technology, healthcare, retail, Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI), and several others. These courses are designed to align with current industry standards and future workforce needs. The program emphasizes flexibility and accessibility by offering training through both online and offline modes, making it suitable for learners from diverse geographical and socio-economic backgrounds. Participants receive highly recognized certifications from the National Council for Social Development & Education (NCSDE), which enhances the credibility and recognition of their skills in the job market. Beyond technical training, the program also includes structured support for job placements and internships, enabling participants to gain practical work experience. Additionally, NSDP places a strong focus on entrepreneurship, offering comprehensive development programs that equip individuals with the tools and knowledge needed to launch and sustain their own businesses, including business planning, financial management, and access to startup funding.
